All horses must be up to date on vaccinations, current negative coggins test, and provide copy of information prior to arrival at the stables.
Horses have access to a 26'x48' loafing shed and 150 acres fully fenced with electric horse guard fencing. Automatic Heated waterer. Mineral blocks. Horses have access to free choice grass hay year around. Horses are checked on daily. Community tack room.

Horses have an 80'x80' +/- paddock area outside of shelter. 12'x12' loafing shed shelter. Fencing is 3 to 5 strands electric horse guard. Private 12'x12' tack/feed room. Paddocks cleaned daily. Water tubs checked/filled/cleaned regularly. Horses are fed/grained twice a day with a third feeding option. Blanketing included, additional fees if horses is difficult to catch/blanket. Mineral Block is provided. Owner can provide hay and grain or purchase CWRS feed.

Automatic heated waterer in stalls and outside. Horses are fed/grained twice a day with a third feeding option. Blanketing included, additional fees if horses is difficult to catch/blanket. Mineral Block is provided. Owner can provide hay and grain or purchase CWRS feed.
These extras are to customize pasture boarding care, included in Pen and Paddock services already.
CWRS feeds Triple Crown Senior feed. Works well with a wide range of ages and health. Depending on the amount of feed and number of times fed price can increase. Base price is 3 quarts of feed once a day.
Owner provides and delivers/mails grain to CWRS. Base price is feeding owners preferred amount of grain once a day. Price increases depending on the number times horse is fed per day.
Owner provides supplements and detailed feeding instructions. Supplements may be shipped directly to CWRS. Each additional supplement $5.
Blanketing daily based on owners requirements. (i.e. below 30 degrees, rain, snow, etc) Blanket is kept in CWRS provided plastic tub to limit bug and rodent access. Additional charges if horse is hard to catch/blanket.

Unruly horse charge includes but not limited to horses hard to catch, destructive, aggressive, difficult to handle, etc.
One Trailer included with board. Any additional trailer is extra. All trailers must be road legal. Registration is current and trailer is kept in working order.
CWRS has a farrier come out every 8 weeks. The farrier is capable of doing corrective work, shoes, and basic trims. Price dependent on the service requested. Price includes CWRS handling horses for the farrier and basic trim. CWRS only does horses as needed and verifies with owner before getting them done. Owners are welcomed when farrier is out and date/time will be provided to all owners.
CWRS has a wonderful vet we recommend using. She is available on call for emergencies and does the barns routine shots. Price includes CWRS handling horses for the vet. Owners are welcomed when vet is out and date/time will be provided to all owners.
CWRS offers a few training/exercise options. We understand that life happens and owners might not be able to get to their equine friends as often as they would like. We are able to exercise horses per owner's request. Contact CWRS for in detail grooming/exercise/training options. Basic price of $35 an hour.
Discount is only available to monthly board bill cost. All additional services must be paid at full price.
Multiple horse discount is available for Pasture and Paddock Boarders. Pen boarding is already at a discounted rate. $25 is discounted on each horses Board per month.
CWRS welcomes all private professionals. Owners are responsible for their private professional. CWRS expects private professionals to pick up after themselves and help keep stable clean. CWRS expects private professionals to act in a professional manor. CWRS will not catch and handle horses for private professionals. CWRS has the right prohibit anyone guest from returning to stable.
CWRS welcomes insured private trainers of all disciples. Owners are responsible for making sure trainers/riders/guest sign a waiver.
CWRS welcomes private farriers. Farrier are weclomed to pull into pens close to barns to use power and water as need. Make sure all nails and screws are picked up and thrown in trash cans.
